Love locks taking over the world

Apparently the Chinese tradition of engraving a lock with the names of a couple and locking it onto a romantic spot, like a bridge or the chain-link railing at the top of a mountain, is catching on in Sweden. If this is the second step in Chinese world-wide cultural domination (the first step was clearly the adorable Olympic mascots), maybe Chinese cultural hegemony won’t be so bad after all.
